How do I pay?+
You don’t pay online. After you order, the artist contacts you to arrange payment by cash, EcoCash, OneMoney or bank transfer.
How does delivery work?+
The artist agrees delivery or collection with you. See delivery & payment.
Can I cancel an order?+
Yes — while it’s still pending, cancel it from My purchases. After that, message the artist.
Is the art authentic?+
Every piece is listed by the artist who made it. You can see each artist’s profile, location and other work.
How do I sell my art?+
Create a seller account, add a phone number and list your pieces with photos. It’s free.
Do you ship outside Zimbabwe?+
Many artists do. Mention your country in the order note and the artist will quote shipping before you pay.
