The short version: be honest, be respectful, and deal fairly with each other.
ArtForZim’s role
ArtForZim is a meeting place. Each sale is an agreement between the buyer and the artist, who arrange payment and delivery directly (see delivery & payment).
For artists
Only list work you made yourself, with honest photos, descriptions and prices. Keep your stock up to date and respond to orders promptly. We may remove listings that are misleading or break the law.
For buyers
Place orders you intend to pay for, and give accurate contact details. Cancel from your account if you change your mind before the artist confirms.
Problems
If something goes wrong, talk to the other party first. If you can’t resolve it, email info@artforzim.co.zw and we’ll help.
