Delivery & payment
Simple and personal: you deal directly with the artist.
1. Place your order
Add pieces to your cart and check out with your phone number and address. Nothing is charged online.
2. The artist contacts you
Usually within a day, by phone or WhatsApp, to confirm the order and agree payment: cash on delivery or collection, EcoCash / OneMoney, or bank transfer.
3. Delivery or collection
Within the same city most artists deliver themselves or meet you. For other towns they use couriers or long-distance buses; the cost is agreed before you pay. International buyers: mention your country in the order note.
Returns
Because every piece is handmade, returns are agreed with the artist. If something arrives damaged, contact the artist and info@artforzim.co.zw within 48 hours.
